By downloading, installing, or using YolkFlock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
YolkFlock is a farm management application designed to help poultry farmers track chickens, egg production, tasks, and notifications. The App is provided free of charge and is available on Google Play.
To use YolkFlock, you must create an account using your email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email address, and farm name.

YolkFlock uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Google may collect and use data as described in their policies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your interests as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into YolkFlock. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

YolkFlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Farm management decisions made based on data in the App are solely your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of farm data.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
