YolkFlock ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the YolkFlock mobile application ("the App").

• Account data: your name, email address, and farm name provided during registration
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and display name
• Farm data: chicken records, egg production entries, tasks, and notification preferences you create within the App
• Usage data: crash reports and basic app interaction data used to improve performance

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide and maintain the App's features
• Send notifications you have configured in the App
• Analyze app performance and fix issues
• Display advertisements through Google AdMob

4. Firebase & Google Services

YolkFlock uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage. Firebase may collect certain technical data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers and is protected by Google's security infrastructure.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data about your device and app usage to show personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• App usage and interaction data

6. Data Sharing

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and farm records will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

9. Children's Privacy

YolkFlock is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your data is stored using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes related to privacy shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, including applicable data protection laws.
